Exchange and Refund Policy

Refunds and exchanges will only be done if the product is damaged and proof can be submitted via a photo and notifying us by email within 2 days after receiving the product to contact the wholesaler.

Products are checked for quality before shipping out to customers, if any product does happen to slip by and it's defective in anyway.  Imperfections such as bad sewing, incorrect size/color, parts missing, not working etc. you will need supply photos and contact us by email within 2 days after receiving the product for us to reach out to the Wholesaler.

The Wholesaler will determine with the information supplied whether the product will be a refund or exchange.

Exchange and Refunds will not be accepted other than damaged or imperfections. Please choose your gift wisely read the descriptions if you are not sure contact us before purchasing. We have supplied the descriptions on the products that the wholesaler has supplied on the product. If you are needing further info we will need to contact the wholesaler.

Tracking numbers are supplied for deliveries Any unpicked up deliveries will not be warrant for a refund or exchange, as the postal company will notify you of the delivery.
